1. Shipping Rates & Fees

• Free shipping on all orders over R750.
• Orders below R750 are subject to a R119 delivery fee.
• All orders are shipped via courier.
• We do not charge any handling fees.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are usually dispatched within one working day after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time frames:
  • 1 – 3 business days for main cities.
  • Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
• All orders are shipped via standard courier delivery.
• Orders are shipped only on business days.
• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following working day.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

• We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
• Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If re-delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
